Dance Like NO ONE is Watching!!!!
You have probably heard that before, but have you really embraced it??
I was in downtown Vancouver and this really caught my attention, as I watched these two – they were dancing, having fun and couldn’t care less who was watching them or not. They were the only ones dancing and they acted like they owned the dance floor!!
When was the last time you danced like that? Even in your own home with no one home??
I dare you to crank on the tunes and let loose – who cares who sees you, what’s jiggling or if you lost your groove – let loose and go for it!!
The other day I attended an all day Playshop where it was all about sexual energy with Dr Shelly – then we did a Burlesque Dance Class……..
not talk about dancing like no one is watching………go shake that booty in your house to the music you love and change up the energy!!
That is just one of the reasons why I love the tools of Access Consciousness!!
