Soul Art

What is Soul Art?

Soul Art

We are seeing the word Soul used more and more these days, yet do we really connect with the meaning of it?

Soul – the essence of a living BEing.  It is consciousness at a higher form that is part of Source (Creator, God, The Field etc)

Why is it so important?

It’s the truth of who we are.  We are unique vibrational frequencies that come down to Planet Earth to have an experience.  To do that, we put on a body suit (aka costume) walked through the veil of amnesia into the illusion of separation and are trying to make sense now of life.

What is meant by truth?

I share it like this, we put on this body suit aka costume and came to planet Earth, or as a metaphor – we went to this costume party, where there are a ton of others in costumes, great buffet of foods and different things to do while at this party, yet while at this party, we drank the koolaid and forgot that it is just a party (aka we can create Heaven on Earth) and we really became the costume.  Another analogy is the movies, it’s a movie being projected out from our consciousness then reflected back to us, yet we are so heavily involved in the movie that we have become the character we are playing totally forgetting it’s just a movie.

We are Souls having Human experiences, yet we have forgotten and in forgetting we have closed down our hearts.

That is the access to the Soul and re-connecting.

We are never totally disconnected, but we can reduce the connection greatly.

How do we increase that connection.

Self Love

Forgiveness to everyone and everything

Focus on what brings you Joy and do more of that and keep expanding it.

Become the observer of your reality – in other words, don’t get caught up in the dramas and traumas, gossiping etc – it’s all part of the movie / the party.

Not always easy, but ever so worth it as you will find as you keep growing that connection.

Besides, we need more Love in the world, it has way too much fear, red, control and manipulation.

Open your heart and connect with your Soul.

Soul Art for me is  in doing art (and I’m only getting started), writing my book, spending time in nature or the beach, going to markets, having deep conversations about life, love, the cosmos and consciousness, creating tasty dishes in the kitchen, going to markets and being fully present in the moment.

These are my ways of Soul Art – as we can incorporate them in many different ways in our living.

How about you – what brings you Joy that you could be doing more of.

Create a Soul Art day!

What We See

Let Go of ‘Seeing’ and instead Feel.

Imagination is more important than knowledge.  Imagination IS the language of the Soul.

Pay attention to your imagination, and you will discover all you need to be fulfilled.

What we see………

If Everything IS Energy, and it is :), the range of frequencies (vibrations) that we “See” is a fraction of the entire frequency range……….

Of course, make sure to visit the cafe any time before then as it’s a great place to hang out and enjoy some tasty treats!!

See you there!!
