Anger, Judgments etc
If we start understanding that everything is energy and we are all connected then getting angry at someone is in fact an emotional trigger.
It took me awhile to realize I create EVERYTHING in my world, and people and events that trigger an emotion of a lower vibration (anger, resentment, frustration, manipulation etc) was my own issue.
NO one outside of me can hurt me or trigger anything – unless I allow it or aligned with it.
In other words, if I let something someone says bothers me, then I allow them to steal my peace.
It’s not what is going on around you but inside of you.
Everything is just an interesting point of view – it does not make it true.
When someone is mad, mad at you – you feel it, you know it – as it is energy.
Anger, resentment, irritation and frustration are lower vibing energies and are far away from Love.
In Quantum Physics thy have proven that everything going on in your world is a reflection back to you of what is really going on inside of you.
If you don’t like what is happening around you, start by going within and being honest about your thoughts, feelings etc
You are a walking, talking broadcaster of energies!!!
If we also look at it from a higher consciousness level, we are ALL interconnected – it may seem we are separated, but that is part of the illusion of being here. If we look at the person as a reflection of ourselves and whatever they have said that may have triggered us is something for us to look at so it has no power over us – i.e. – if there is an emotional reaction to something someone said – it is NOT what that person said, it is something inside of you.
Take a look at it – that is moving into a healthier version of you and a higher vibrational alignment.
IF you can see pieces of you in the other person, then maybe there will be more compassion and love, unless of course you are hard on yourself and lack self love.
That too can be changed.
That is why we are here
To remember the truth of who we are
which is pure Love
not conditional love.
