Our minds are fully programmable by age 7 according to Dr, Bruce Lipton. He says he can look at a 7 year old and predict how they will be as an adult.
We are born with an open mind – just like buying a new computer.
We get downloads of programs – some great, good and some jut down right bad or ugly.
You know those ones that work against you – they run in the back ground and we think it’s us. You know the ones, they go like this
‘You’re not good enough’ (or smart enough, rich enough, thin enough, pretty enough and so on)
‘Who do you think you are’
‘You’ll never be able to do that’
‘You’ve got to work harder’
even ones like well heart disease, or breast cancer or being overweight runs in the family.
We so believe them and listen to them thinking it’s us that we even start speaking them.
It’s not the truth.
They are just programs and programs like in a computer can be cleaned up, over written or better yet deleted.
Remember – does it come from Love? Real, unconditional – non-judgmental, high vibing love?
If not then it’s nothing but a big fat fucking lie and YOU have to power to change it!!!
That is not the truth of who you really are!!!
