Holy crap I spent the last 5 days laying very low and near the bathroom…….Montezuma’s revenge – somethings only need to be experienced one in life lol I so appreciate even more so how good I feel on an on going basis!! Clean eating and living pays off big time.
I find it interesting I got hit with this as the Full moon was coming and a strong one before the eclipse and Mercury going retrograde. It is Reset time are the powerful energies of now.
With the time of laying low gave me some time to think about much in my life – many awarenesses came up and allowed me to clear some old patterns and ways of being – it’s a very powerful time – if you choose it to be!!
Reset time allows one to start new, refreshed and to have clarity.
There are a lot of energetic shifts going on.
Best place to go is within – no need to get sick to do so!! lol
Time to get clear on what you truly desire, how you want to show up in the world and how you want to live especially before Mercury retrograde.
