Just look at the word ‘die t’

Doesn’t that say a lot on it’s own?

How about healthy eating? What about feeding the body? Nourishing the body? Providing the body with the right nutrients so that it thrives, you thrive as through that you will feel and look fabulous.

There is a BIG difference between eating and feeding the body.

Nourishing foods, depleting foods or chemical concoctions labelled as foods.

We are part of a group Transformation starting next week (or the week after if one chooses) to nourish our bodies, feed our bodies and cells, detox from a little over indulgence during the holidays – yes even I did I will admit!! It was fun, tasty and oh so part of the holidays yet I am also learning that it’s not a big part of my life any more – for me it’s so not worth feeling crappy. The little bit I did do I can feel the difference in my body – I guess I am way more sensitive since I am so much cleaner in my way of living.

Here are some questions maybe to ponder as there is always room for more people who want to take their health and eating to a higher level AND Ditch the Dieting bs thing

Are you eating to live or living to eat?

Do you have any food addictions? ( coffee, caffeine type drinks, sugar, white starchy things, junk foods etc)

Do you eat / snack in the evenings?

Do you have any extra weighty would like to release?

Are you feeling tired, sluggish – or just not your best?

Is your eyes or skin kind of blah (in other words not vibrant)?

Do you have mental fog, can’t make decisions type of thinking?

Just kind of feel blah, heavy like or a little blue?

Have any aches or pains in the body for no apparent reason?

These are signs from the body saying ‘hey wake up, I need a little attention. detoxing or some changes”.

I am not a fan of diets or New Years Resolutions – what I am a fan of is making a fresh start, creating health and eating real foods – as close to nature as possible and eating consciously. No you don’t have to become vegan or raw but how often are you eating meat and do you know where it’s coming form or how the animals were treated? Things like that.

I am also a firm believer in eating healthy does not have to be boring, confusing or difficult.

One of the reason’s I share Superfoods and the Purium 10 Day Transformation as they are foods, real foods (also live, organic and non-gmo), people do get good – great results as they are feeding the body at a deep (cellular level) and it’s fun waking people up!!

People are still learning what real foods are and once you experience it – it’s hard to go back!!

When we nourish our bodies with real, healthy foods and superfoods, it’s one of the most powerful ways of saying I love you (me / my body) – not from ego just self love. Self love is part and a big part of overcoming emotional eating.

2016 is going to be a fantastic year – as I am choosing to make each moment, hour, day, week and month count.
