Stress and anxiety play a major role in how we feel, but we don’t always realize that as a lot of
times it’s been going on for so long we don’t know that we could feel any different. The good news is we can.
If you have already downloaded my EFT book or any other one on the internet and have been doing EFT on yourself for anything and everything, then you already know. If you have not downloaded anything as of yet, I highly recommend it. You have nothing to lose but a bunch of negative emotions. EFT cannot do any harm, it can only help.
EFT is a great tool that anyone can use anytime, anywhere and YES it does look silly, but I always say that I would rather look a little silly and feel great, than look pretty cool yet feel crappy. And yes I’ve been seen sitting at a red light, tapping only to look over at the car beside me and they are staring at me…..oh well, I just smile, because I can and I mean it!!
Also highly recommended to only enhance the benefits I believe of EFT or any type of healing is proper sleep, proper nutrition, support, love, water intake and some deep breathing even once in awhile. EFT will still work without these, but they all go together for facilitating any type of healing.
