Jody Burke is a pioneer in the vegan, raw, healthy eating way of eating and preparing food. She was healthy before healthy was cool! It is obvious from her book she has been creating and perfecting recipes for years. I especially like the chia crackers, almond balls, and cauliflower couscous.
Everytime Jodi has prepared dishes for me and that has been many times I have always enjoyed them and some even impressed with – she is great at creating dishes and her books reflect that!
I have only had a chance to enjoy a few of Jodi’s recipes but they do keep me coming back – they are great for newbies or even wanting to eat healthy yet quick and tasty!!
