Puratae is a great way!!

Anyone who knows me, knows that I am a stickler for real foods and clean eating.  A thing that has gotten harder and harder and should it really be that way?

No, but until things really change we all do need to help our bodies as best as possible.

I started my blog off as a food recipe blog as I trained as a Raw Fd Chef  and dove deep into healthy eating. My blog has since changed,  yet I still eat healthy and real foods.

I tried not adding anything else into my way of eating and ended up not feeling great, unfortunately we do need more as our soils don’t have the nutrients like they used to plus food is pick before it’s ripened then stored in warehouses then shipped – that takes a couple of months sometimes, so our food does not have all the nutrition like it could.  Maybe if you are growing your own, but very few people do that.

There are so many health products out there, it’s overwhelming and confusing.

I must be honest, I get rather irritated when I hear ‘health’ product only to read the ingredients and at least a 1/4 of them are chemicals.  Especially if someone is trying to sell me on it, some of the lame as excuses I get is astounding, yet there is money attached to it.

I have been using a great co, that is clean and pure – I try to do that as much as possible with what I put in and on my body – not perfect and no I am not anal – I also use intention and gratitude if I am at someone’s house for dinner as an example.

I have recently switched to a new co – Puratae.

Why?

Ease – only 1 product plus I don’t have to juice – saves time, money and mess, plus I don’t have my dehydrator currently and I don’t like to waste.

Taste – it’s very good, I’v drank a lot of swamp water in my days in the name of health and just can’t do it any more.

Price point – considering it’s one product, it’s priced well

It’s pure, clean, balanced and not much else if anything is needed.

Why am I sharing this?

As a creative, I can not do my best work if I am not feeling great, so I do my best to live well – adequate sleep, lots of water, real food, great people and doing things that bring me joy.  I also try to be in a state of gratitude and a higher vibration as much as possible.  Puratae helps greatly as it feeds the body at the core level and brings in balance.

I ike having balance in my life as it’s not always easy to have 🙂

So, I thought I would share why I am using Puratae – to me, its made my life easier – only 1 product, simple to make, tastes great and I am not spending $100 of in ‘supplements’ each month!

Deserts don’t have to be taboo, full of crap or uninteresting!

Raw Cheesecake tastes amazing, most people cannot tell that it’s raw. Raw Lime Cheesecake is not one of those that is too sweet tasting and by adding in some Superfoods of course healthy too yet undetectable!

Instead of a big cheesecake I decided to make cupcake style ones and threw in a little hemp too to make little healthier. Many raw food deserts are dense – but aren’t many good deserts (lol). It’s just nice knowing that you can have a sweet and it doesn’t have to be unhealthy, taste bad or have no or little nutritional value.

Limes

 

You could use lemon instead of lime – I just so love the smell of fresh limes!!

This recipes makes 1 full muffin tin tray of the cakes – I found it easy to put the paper in there (easier to remove). You could also just make one cheesecake if you desired!!

Limes

Crust

– 1 cup raw Almonds

– 1/4 cup Hemp seeds

– 1/2 cup Madjool dates (pits removed)

– 1 tsp Vanilla

– pinch Himalayan Sea Salt

Put the Almonds in a food processor (or Vitamix) and process till almost fine. Throw in the other ingredient and process until a ball forms or it’s sticky enough to stick together.

Press in the bottom of the paper cups (that are in the muffin tin tray) to the thickness you desire but make sure it’s pressed together firm – you don’t want it falling apart as you eat it.

Raw Lime Superfood Cheesecakes

Cheesecake

– 11/2 cup raw Cashews

Throw raw Cashews into the Vitamix (or blender) and process first on their own a bit, not necessary but I find it makes it smoother faster.

Add in

– 1/4 cup Hemp seeds

1/4 cup L.O.V. Plain (optional and it is a Purium product, if omitted add in a few more Cashews or Hemp – 1/8 cup approx)

– 3 tbsp cold pressed Coconut Oil

– 1/2 cup nut Mylk (Almond, Hemp, Cashew – your choice!)

– 1/2 cup fresh Lime juice

– 2 – 3 tbsp Honey or Agave (your choice, I used 2 tbsp but you may like it a tad sweeter with the lime juice)

Blend all ingredients together until smooth, pour into each cupcake / muffin tin or paper (or cheesecake pan). I tap the container on the counter a few times to get air bubbles out if there are any.

Put in fridge or freezer to chill. From the freezer it’s more like an ice cream – either way is good. I would eat these within 2 days.

Here is it, my list of Superfoods that I love.

What makes a Superfood?

It’s nutrient dense. It’s also better if it’s live, organic and non-gmo but especially nutrient dense – that is why it’s called a Superfood.

It confuses me when I google Superfoods and I get Broccoli, Eggs, Blueberries…….I don’t think so!!! 🙂

There are other Superfoods out there as well that aren’t on this list, but these are my favourites and ones I use. I wanted to share just some great things about them and why I use them so as I continue to create recipes with Superfoods it will make more sense why and how to add them in.

Even though I am a big believer in eating fresh, green and as much live foods as possible, they still don’t have the nutrition in them like they used to, that is one reason to add in Superfoods. They are also old ancient foods that have been around for 100’s if not 1000’s of years, we’ve just forgotten about them due to man knowing better and modern day conveniences.

Adding in even 1 green drink a day will make a big difference in how you feel – of course depending on the greens you use – always make sure they are live, organic and non-gmo – the best! And if you don’t like drinking or want more nutrition add them to your smoothies, sprinkle them on your cereal, your salads, your baked potatoes or anything else – just don’t heat them as it cooks out all the nutritional benefits.

I don’t understand why we add hemp and chia to baked goods. Chia was taken years ago but the Aztecs and Mayans on long journeys when it wasn’t practical to carry much food. Some Chia and water gave them energy for hours and took away the hunger as it was filling (chia expands and becomes gelatinous when soaked in water) so why would we bake it?? Constipation comes to mind!!

I was going to do a brief break down of the benefits – but it’s not my specialty area – I just know what I know and I love adding them into recipes as my body loves them, my body loves it and it’s a great way of truly feeding the body and nourishing it.

Superfoods Spirulina

 

I’ve made a list of the Superfoods that I like to use below with the most common nutrients with them.

Please note know your sources NOT all Superfoods are clean, many are contaminated – not a sales pitch here but that is why I choose and use Purium – I know their standards and I know David Sandoval and Amy Venner’s bit pull like stance when it comes to that, working directly with the farmers, certified organic and beyond, passion and knowledge for real health and not just a buck!!

Spirulina, Chlorella, (dark green pictured above), Hemp, Maca, Raw Cacao, Chia, Kamut,

Spirulina is a blue green algae, a complete protein that is easily digestible, vitamins, trace minerals, GLA, chlorophyll

Chlorella -singled cell green algae, dark green a highest form of chlorophyll, 60% complete protein in free amino acid form (very easily digested), different vitamins, iron (so great for women), trace minerals, omega 3’s, GLA, Enzymes

Mike Adams has a free download book on Spirulina and Chlorella and David Sandoval has The Green Foods Bible both have a ton of great information.

Hemp – has been quoted as the most nutritious seed in the world. Nutty flavour,- another easily digestible protein, bursting with Omega 3’s & 6’s, GLA’s Amino Acids, Antioxidants, Vitamins, Rich in Vitamin E and Calcium and so much more.

Maca – it’s ground root with an earthy, nutty taste rich in B vitamins, vitamins, calcium, iron, amino acids, high in protein, fibre

Raw Cacao – notice I said Raw – if it’s not then these nutrients have probably been processed out, magnesium and other minerals, vitmains, relic acid, protein, fibre and more plus it’s good!!

Kamut – ancient heirloom seed to Wheat Grass. Again loaded with chlorophyll, trace minerals, magnesium, enzymes, alkalining, and so much more. Kamut is one of my favorite greens – it bring so much goodness to the body and I don’t use it to cook / bake with. Always on it’s own.

Chia – high in Omega 3’s, calcium, phosphorus, manganese, potassium, zinc, copper – good for helping fill you up and creating a gelatinous like substance (puddings, replace eggs in recipes)

Hope this helps, I’ve kept it simple yet it may explain why Superfoods are a great way of getting better nutrition in your body therefore nourish your body. And why I add them into foods!!

When I was a kid we got to choose our cereal that we ate in the mornings – little was known about real health back then and I am embarrassed to say my favourite was Count Chocola – seriously eh? My brother’s was Frankenberry – I know beyond a shadow of a doubt my kids never got that crap from me and I doubt my brother’s kids do either.  Some of us have come a long way and yet it saddens me when I walk down the isles of the grocery stores and I see the crap for kids these days, and how advertising targets them.

There are other choices.  I promise in the very near future I will write a post on some of the properties of some of the Superfoods I choose to add into my way of eating.  When you know this information, it’s hard to go back to nutrient void, chemically processed, man made empty, carbon like cereals or foods.  We eat to live not live to eat, and it really does not have to be hard, boring or expensive.

One of the best things I can share with you about eating real foods, healthy foods and superfoods is it feeds the body.  When it feeds the body you actually require less or eat less food as the body is satisfied.  If we are over eating its usually one of three things, we are nutritionally starved, we are emotionally eating or we are so distracted we aren’t paying attention (i.e. watching tv while eating) and are disconnected not only to our food and ourselves but also our bodies.

Conscious eating is eating – enjoying and tasting the food,(no the, computer or cell phones around) having great conversation (anything negative should be spoken later on), slowly chewing each mouthful so you taste the food, digest it properly and are present.

This Chia Cereal is easy to make and one can get quite creative with it – you’re only limited by your imagination!

–  1/4 cup Chia seeds

–  1 cup Nut Mylk

Put the Chia seeds in the nut Mylk and let sit for at least an hour.  You can also put it in the refrigerator over night.  You may want to add a little more nut Mylk to get the desired thickness or consistency.

It’s at the point when I add in the rest – in this recipe I added in

–  Hemp Seeds

–  Fruit (Pomegranates)

–  Pumpkin Seeds

–  Almonds

–  Rice Bran Solubles (Purium)

Vanilla, Cinnamon and a pinch of Himalayan Sea Salt

But you can add in  some fun spices like Cardamon, Maple etc  You can add in shredded Coconut, other nuts, Goji Berries, Raw Cacao, or you could even make it with a Chocolate nut Mylk (kids might like it or think you went a little nuts 🙂

I choose Pomegranates to stick with the color red for the festive season but you could add any kind of fruit.

Not only is this a tasty healthy cereal, it has a fair amount of nutrition in it, so for kids its awesome and will stick with them for awhile.

Why settle for anything less??

I would like to use the analogy of comparing foods – eating junk foods or highly processed foods is like hanging out in the slums or the ghetto compared to eating superfoods and hanging out in the woods or on top of a mountain.

What do I mean by that exactly?

I may get some slack for that but what I am trying to convey is eating Superfoods is not only healthy and clean for the body, it’s needed. When you connect with nature, it is calming, grounding, you can breath easier, there’s no judgment, it’s fresh, natural and real.

Why would I compare a Superfood to nature. Good question!

Superfoods that are real superfoods and by that I mean clean (no holds, gmo’s, pesticides etc) are quite nutrient dense, loaded with vitamins and minerals and feed the body at a cellular level. By that I mean it truly gets in a such a deep degree in the body, the cells get nourished properly and they wake up become more alive (hence more energy for you). When cells are properly fed – you radiant more health – your skin, nails and hair all grow better and shine more. You are not carrying around excess weight. Less time in the kitchen preparing foods (yup). You have more energy – why? Because when eating Superfoods that are live and nutrient dense they bring a life force into you and your body – which if you are breathing and walking around you are alive – live foods for a live body – kind of makes sense!

Spirulina & Chlorella

With Superfoods like Spirulina, Chlorella (the deep dark green ones) they are loaded with chlorophyll, it has come from a plant that was alive that got nourished by the sun – and we now get to eat it. Just look at the deep colors, the vibrancy. It’s real – nothing added there!!

In our modern day society we spend so much time on food, thinking about, shopping for it, preparing for it, eating it, yet we really don’t spend much time in what is truly feeding the body compared to eating. Are you living to eat, or eating to live??

Sometimes I hear people say to me that eating healthy is so expensive. I ask compared to what?

We pay for our health in one way or another – either through the foods we eat or the drugs or medical care we need later on – it all catches up one way or another. Even with supplements, its a multi billion dollar industry – what is so great about real superfoods is they are real foods – the body knows what to do with them and utilizes them easily and effortlessly and not taxing the body. They are not (or should not have) fillers, binders, artificial sweeteners or any other chemical added to it.

That is why I am so excited at creating recipes now with more Superfoods added in, to share how easy, tasty and nutritious it can be.

Remember packaged foods come from companies that are there for profit not health. When you feed your body at a cellular level more nutrient dense Superfoods – you may actually eat less foods. Now some might be saying but I love food!! So do I, but I also love feeling great. I also love the extra time I have freed up!

One of my greatest mentors and a wealth of information is David Sandoval – who has written The Green Foods Bible – I highly recommend for learning about more Greens and Superfoods (I don’t need to repeat it all here – I’m just the recipe creator with great foods). Mike Adams, another person who is a wealth of information on real health has a great free e-book on Superfoods – Spirulina and Chlorella.

You may also be wondering why I keep saying the word ‘real’ in front of Superfoods. When I google the word Superfoods – so much comes up that is not a Superfood in anyway, in my eyes at least with what I know and now I understand why people are confused as I certainly would be if I was just starting out trying to really eat healthy!!

I love Tzatziki and Spanopitas  I will admit.  I don’t eat one often so when I do it’s a awesome treat.  I love taking recipes and converting them and this one I’ve used several times but decided to add in some hemp and it tasted just as good!!

Adding in Superfoods to up the nutritional value can be easy!!  This also makes a great dip for veggies and with less water (so thicker) could be a great spread for raw (or not) crackers!!

–  grate half of a English Cucumber and put in a strainer or cheesecloth and let strain for at least an hour or even over night

–  1 cup raw Cashews

–  1/2 cup water (possibly more)

–  juice 1/2 Lemon

–  2 Garlic cloves (chopped or minced)

–  2 tbsp Hemp seeds

–  Himalayan Sea Salt to taste

Throw all ingredients into a Vita- mix or Blender and blend until smooth (start with 1/2 cup of water and you may need to add more depending on how thick or less thick you would like it)

Dill

 

Once all mixed well, smooth and to desired consistency add in strained Cucumber and 2 – 3 tbsp finely chopped Dill  – stir well.

Google the word Superfoods and see what comes up.

No wonder people are confused these days!!

How does Salmon, Eggs, Broccoli and a few other similar foods get claimed as Superfoods?  What is the true definition of ‘Superfoods’?

I would like to share with you my beliefs, thoughts, journey with Superfoods and please know I am not here to claim that they cure things BUT I will share that they are nutrient dense foods that feed the body well and or at a cellular level.  As I say to people there is a BIG difference between eating and feeding the body.

I have also been paying attention to all the food blogs out there now and really truly have lost some interest in the whole game.  I know for me personally, with my history of my eating pattern that Superfoods – true Superfoods have helped me with  my health and conscious eating!!

Superfoods should be clean, organic, non-gmo and nutrient dense.  Our society has been lead to believe in the SAD Food Pyramid – don’t you just love it – I am big on becoming aware of programming that has been feed to me, society or that I have engaged in.  SAD – Standard American Diet – SAD – yup don’t need to go much into detail there!! 🙂  Diet – I so try to use other words as our bodies hear all – die – we don’t want or need to diet we need to eat to live, eat for optimal health.  Pyramid – most people have issues with pyramids (sorry couldn’t resist).

What I have also noticed is people don’t really understand Superfoods, what they are or how to use them outside of a Green drink, which I truly believe if most people even gave up pop (or soda) and or coffee (at least reduced it) and drank even one truly real Green drink a day, they would feel so much healthier, clearer or better!

My focus is going to be more on Superfoods, which ones I use / like, how to use them and creating more recipes with Superfoods.  It’s become a natural thing for me but I realize so many people are stuck and no wonder when I google Superfoods and what they are its rather confusing.

I will be going into detail over the next few weeks on Kamut, Spirulina, Chlorella, Hemp, Maca, Activated Barley, Rice Bran Solubles, Chia, Camelina, Raw Cacao, Tumeric and a few others!!  Sharing how to incorporate them more in your foods and meals and recipes – I just created for my beloved a Raw Chocolate Cheesecake with Superfoods – you can’t tell and it still tasted so yummy!! Recipe coming soon!

I feel that sharing and helping people learn about Green foods and Superfoods is so important these days – we have been misled, misguided and advertise to for profits not health.

Labelling is a joke these days and when I walk through a grocery store and look around and see that more than 95% of the store is catered to processed packaged foods and I don’t care what label is on it – natural, organic, added nutrition, gluten free it’s not for the most part real foods.

People look at me funny or give me the line ‘Green foods aren’t real foods’ to which I have learned to reply with a question ‘When did twinkles, hot dogs, pizza, pop, chips, (and I do use a few others) become real foods?”  Who made them?  Was it for health or profit?

What does beauty from the inside out really mean?

As you know I love eating healthy, and helping, guiding, inspiring others to do the same.

We have been so programmed and lied to by tv, advertising and hidden agendas from corporations that are for profits not health – that it’s confusing and overwhelming for the average person these days. I so get that!!

Our bodies are the biggest source and signals for what is truly going on inside, but we’ve been taught to ignore that, not to trust our inner guidance ( and many if not most people are shut off from that connection). If we need to go to the dr’s for some reason – the dr. may spend 10 mins with you, doesn’t ask about what you eat, how you live, if you exercise, mediate, laugh, get sunshine or how much water you drink, have a healthy sex life, if you like or hate your job or even your spouse and so on. Instead they prescribe a pill maybe several in many cases..
Don’t get me wrong, if I broke my leg I would go to the dr’s but not for other things.

Our bodies talk to us, when in pain they are literally screaming at us to pay attention (unless of course you broke your leg :)).

Also our thoughts and emotions reflect out from our bodies as well.

Most people that are eating healthy live foods, also have mostly healthy thoughts and feelings ( no one is perfect nor should they be) that are self empowering, self loving, vibrant, alive and have more life.

www.jodiburke.comChances are they are also taking time for life enhancing or healthy things like exercise, yoga, nature, laughter, good sex, water, (oops wrong order??? Lol) fulfilling relationships ( in other words loving not draining or drama causing relationships) and work that inspires them and that they love (notice I didn’t use the word job???).

I’m on my way to catch a ferry this am and was in rush hour traffic – I cannot imagine doing this every day, how much time does it take and suck from someone not to mention energy?? I look at people’s eyes and faces and see so much stress………..the body talks.

The point I am making here is we have been programmed to believe that these shampoos, or this skin care line or this product for acne etc etc will take care of things. How many times have you tried something and it didn’t work or only works for a little while and then stops? Or that we have to keep up with the Jones – who the hell are they anyways? Or we need to fit in – according to who? Trading time for money and at the same time letting someone else decide your worth. Or how it’s never new enough, big enough, fast enough,……..according to who????

I want to leave you with some questions to ponder……..

What is real health to you?

What is real wealth to you?

Are you feeling as good as you cold be?

Who’s programming have you boughten into – the dr’s, tv commercials, ads, collective consciousness or yours?

What feeds your soul and are you doing it?

When was the last time you laughed and laughed and laughed?

When was the last time your went for a walk in nature?

How much clean water (no not bottled) are you drinking?

How much fresh or live foods are you eating?

When was the last time you meditated or were fully present?

Do you love what you do or spend most of your time at? (i.e. work)

Are your relationships healthy, fun, empowering?

Do you have a healthy relationship and sex life with your partner?

Is there open and honest communication in your life?

How much tv do you watch?

Do you spend our free time doing things you love to do?

Do you spend any time on self care?

Do you exercise or do any body movement?

Keep is simple – eat real foods ( not from a package) as much as possible, use green foods and Superfoods, use body products that are free of chemicals, toxins and artificial additives, think and feel amazing – no matter what is going on. Yes we all have crap in our lives but it’s not what is going on around you it is what is going on inside of you that matters!! Find ways that nurture you!

Weed and tend to that garden of weeds daily (mind bs like judgement, criticism especially towards self, dramas).

Instead focus on

Intentions

Gratitude

Love

Self Love

Being Present

Eating Clean

Joy

Mash 1 Avocado well

 

Mix in

 

2 tbsp Coconut oil (Purium’s Tropical Oil)

4 tbsp raw Cacao Powder

4 tbsp raw organic Almond butter (try for raw if possible)

4 tbsp Activated Barley (Purium’s Activated Barley) the closet substitute I would use would be ground Hemp seed

6 tbsp L.O.V.E. (Purium’s L.O.V) another live, vegan protein source/powder or even ground Hemp

2 tsp Spirulina (Purium’s Spirulina)

Mix well together either by hand or in a food processor

Roll into balls or flatten them

Can roll that in shredded raw Coconut or raw Cacao Powder with some Monk fruti sugar (or other type if wanted any sugar at all – not needed)

Keep in fridge

Makes great snacks, treats and since it’s loaded with nutrition and the Activated Barley (slow burning germinated carb) you will have sustained energy!!  If all ingredients are raw, including the almond butter you have a tasty and live treat!

It’s been a little while since I have posted, been doing some travelling, focusing in on my business and really wanting to know the direction of my blog.  How could I provide better and something different, as time passes I realize there are many similar blogs and recipes out there – how could I provide something different yet needed.

I love the fact that more and more people are waking up to real foods and live foods as I am seeing evidence of it in the grocery stores – one word of caution – DON”T believe everything you see on labels – especially words like ‘natural’ – it can be misleading as I am finding advertising and marketing – well – can be interesting!!  Eat more real foods, live foods, and fresh foods in season!!

My tag line is Healthy is Cool – as much as I believe we need to be eating real foods clean foods as much as possible, I also highly believe in clean thoughts (easier when our food and our bodies are clean) and by that I mean empowering thoughts, more self love thoughts, aligning our energy with what we love to be doing – with who we really are.  Not being in a state of anger, angst or frustration at people, ourselves or life.  By not liking the food you eat yet you eat it as it’s suppose to be healthy, by not working a ‘job’ that you hate or is out of alignment with who you truly are, by not surrounding yourself with toxic, negative, drama loving people who bring you down or drain your energy!!

By being in total alignment with who and what you are about.

For me, it keeps getting easier and clearer – Entrepreneur, Superfoodie, Photographer – besides my kids, dog, beloved and friends – this is what fuels me, drives me, what I love to be, do and have and when I come from that place – it’s easy, fun and flowing.  Now not each moment is perfect and I am only human – learning and making mistakes but I also love it!!

What better place to share than on my blog!!

After spending some time on my business, enjoying the sun, picnics and hanging with horses which was new to me and playing with so me superfood recipes it all started coming together!

So my recipes from now on are going to have more Super foods – what I love using and how you can incorporate more into your way of eating, what are they and why use them taking you more into plant based eating that is nutrient dense and healthy!

More Photography even outside of food and recipes and more thinking outside the box – life, job, being – I have really been untangling and questioning all the programming and advertising we have been fed our lives – and if you look around I don’t believe it’s working too well – so in other words a truth seeker – and breaking free from a Job if you feel you are entangled in one – life is too short to be spent chasing a pay check or doing something that does not fulfil you in any way shape or form, or better yet having to spend 8 hours a day with people you have nothing in common with………..so please come back for more and share this – and stop by and say hi – I love meeting new people and making connections with like minded people!!!

 

Anyways – on to the recipe – this one is easy, tasty and well get creative…….:)

Chic Pea Salad

  • 1 cup Chic Peas soaked for 24 – 36 hrs then another 24 – 36 hrs rinsing them several times and letting them drain – there will be a sprout started
  • OR
  • 1 can Chic Peas (drained and rinsed) – still healthy and vegan just not raw
  • juice of 1 Lemon
  • 2 – 4 Garlic cloves minced (depends on you – I like more Garlic for this one)
  • 2 – 4 tbsp of cold pressed Oil – Olive is good, my favorite these days is Camelina
  • 1 cup finely chopped Parsley
  • 1 Onion finely chopped
  • Arugula chopped up
  • Mix all together
  • Pinch of Himalyan Sea Salt

 

In this recipe I also included chopped up Peppers, Dulse and Hemp.

I love to mix up the greens ie Spinach instead of Arugula as an example, or Green Onions, lots of herbs – it’s never the same dish twice except for the base of Lemon, Garlic, Oil and Chic Peas.  So get creative and add lots of fresh, in season organic veggies and greens!!

Super Foods for Super People

I just had an older video clip with David Sandoval shared with me and I had to share it with others as it is totally about eating healthy!!

In this short clip he talks about models, anorexia, bulimia, why superfoods and the rewards for eating this way! How the 10 Day Transformation got started as Super Food for Super Models!! If you have read my About Me page, you know I struggle with an eating disorder for a long time, I know that consuming super foods helps huge in many areas especially some of the damage that I did to my body years ago – the body is happy being fed nutrient dense foods – you will feel a difference.
